Claude Alcorso

Claude is an accomplished Commercial Sales & Leasing professional who is a founder of RWC Tasmania. Having nearly 10 years in the industry he has established himself as both a high-performing agent and a rising industry leader.

He served as Chair of the Property Council's Tasmanian Future Directions Committee for three years, where he focused on nurturing and guiding the next generation of leaders within the property sector. He was also awarded the REIT Commercial Agent of the year for 2022 and was recently a 2024 national finalist for REA being in the top 3 high performing agents in the State.

Claude specialises in inner-city retail investments, development site sales, and retail and hospitality leasing. His career includes tenure with ASX-listed national shopping centre owner Region Group, where he held the role of Leasing Executive, managing 11 centres and over 250 tenants across the state.

A graduate of The Hutchins School, Claude excels in building relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, leveraging an extensive network that reflects his deep industry experience. His expertise lies in connecting individuals with the right property to meet their needs.

Before entering commercial real estate, Claude founded a successful Tasmanian cider brand to support his studies at the University of Tasmania. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the local business environment, retail sector, and the practical aspects of entrepreneurship.

Outside of his professional life, Claude is an avid golfer with a handicap of 7 and previously served as a premiership captain of the Hutchins Old Boys Football Club.
