Stuart has achieved record sales prices in many Tasmanian suburbs and has experience selling a broad range of property styles, from historically significant homes and luxury townhouses to sub-division developments and even large farms.
Following his education, Stuart spent more than a decade with a respected New York Stock Exchange listed advertising company, where he worked around Australia and internationally with some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
In 2015, Stuart decided to seize on the opportunity he saw within the Tasmanian property sales market. He has since provided the local industry with valuable new perspectives, insight and expertise in the areas of buyer psychology, marketing strategy, media and negotiation.
Drawing on his personal experience of having purchased and sold, as well as renovated and developed properties in many of Hobart’s suburbs, Stuart understands the perspectives of a vendor and a buyer, as well as a home owner and an investor.
