Tom Balcombe

In February 2025, Tom formed RWC Tasmania as a Partner with the goal of providing the best quality service leveraging his depth of experience in property and professional consulting services. 

Tom began his commercial property journey with Elders (previously Knight Frank Tasmania) focusing on sales and leasing. In 2023, Tom was recognised nationally by AREA and locally by the REIT as the Top Commercial Sales and Leasing agent in Tasmania.

Previously, Tom worked within the Strategy & Operations team at Deloitte Melbourne, working collaboratively with senior executives to help them understand the business challenges they face, develop a course of action to help them overcome those challenges and bring a strategy to life.

Prior to Deloitte Tom worked within the assurance practice at PwC Melbourne which exposed him to a variety of businesses, allowing him to understand sound business operations across retail, utilities, communications and manufacturing sectors from a financial perspective. Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
